President & Chief Executive Officer

Roni Al-Dor joined Sapiens as President and Chief Executive Officer in November 2005. Previously, he served for nine years as president of TTI Telecom, a global supplier of operations support systems to communications service providers, after serving as vice president for three years. Roni is a graduate of the Israeli Air Force’s military computer college. He studied computer science and management at Bar-Ilan University, and attended the Israel Management Center for Business Administration.


Chief Financial Officer

Roni Giladi joined Sapiens as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in July 2007. He brings more than 30 years of financial and accounting experience.
Prior to his current position, he served as CFO of RichFX for three years, after serving as corporate controller. He previously worked at Ernst & Young for six years as a manager in the high-tech group.
Roni is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a BA in Business Management and Accounting from the Israel Management Institute.


President, Life & Pension and IPELS Divisions

Tal Sharon joined Sapiens in 2011. She brings more than 20 years of business and technology experience. Prior to joining Sapiens, Tal worked at TTI Telecom for 11 years and was VP of the Israeli market. Before moving to TTI, Tal was responsible for European customer support and project management for Enigma Europe in Paris, France. She holds a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and an MA in Education and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.


President, P&C and Reinsurance Division

Liana Gelikas joined Sapiens in February 2016. Previously Liana was COO and executive consultant at Peaks Ventures Consulting LTD, where she helped organizations streamline their internal processes and improve methodologies. Liana also held executive positions at Amdocs, including heading the Advertising & Media division and the Global Quality group, and led large-scale, managed services projects. Liana has a BSc. in Information System Engineering from The Technion in Israel and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.


Chief Strategy Officer

Alex Zukerman rejoined Sapiens in April 2020 with responsibility for formulating overall product, business and growth strategies. In the past decade, Alex has fulfilled various management roles at Sapiens, in the areas of product management, product strategy, business development and corporate strategy, with also some time spent at Novidea, a leading InsurTech company, as a Chief Revenue Officer. Alex started at FIS in 2001 and then moved to IDIT, serving as VP of Sales, both companies of which were acquired by Sapiens. Alex holds an LLB from Tel Aviv University and possesses extensive insurance, financial services, sales, business development and product management experience.


Chief Marketing Officer & Head of IR

Yaffa rejoined Sapiens in December 2022, with responsibility for formulating Sapiens’ global marketing efforts, including marketing strategy, demand generation, branding, and communications. She is also responsible for all aspects of investor relations.
Most recently, Yaffa was Vitech Systems Group’s CMO. Before that, she was the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Corporate Communications of Sapiens. Previously, Ms. Ifrah has held several other senior positions at large global companies, including Strauss Group, ADAMA, Victoria’s Secret, and Saks Fifth Avenue. Yaffa holds a BSc in Biology from Tel Aviv University and MBA in Finance and Marketing from Pace University, NY.


North America President & General Manager

Jamie Yoder joined Sapiens in April 2021. Most recently, Jamie was president of Snapsheet. Previously, he was an insurance advisory leader for PwC, both in the U.S. and globally, leading the strategy, management and technology consulting practices. Prior to that, Jamie led the insurance practice and served on the steering committee of Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, acquired by PwC in 2010. Jamie is a highly respected industry leader with a track record of building and expanding business development.

Gary Sherne

EVP, Chief Revenue Officer for North America

Gary rejoined Sapiens in October 2022. He oversees North American go-to-market activities, including sales, customer success, marketing, partnership, and analyst relations. He is responsible for accelerating revenue growth through winning new logos and driving strategic partnership and growth with existing customers. Most recently, Gary was Vitech Systems Group’s CRO and President, Insurance. Before that, he was President of Sapiens Global P&C and Reinsurance division, and was the President and CEO of StoneRiver, acquired by Sapiens in 2017.


Chief Human Resources Officer

Noa Brummer joined Sapiens in 2020 as CHRO, responsible for the company’s HR strategy and best practices to promote company growth while ensuring an excellent employee experience. With extensive experience in global technology companies, Noa specializes in shaping the long-term vision and people strategy, building high performing organizations and leading strategic mergers, integrations and change management processes. Noa has a BA in Behavioral Science from Ben-Gurion University and an MA in Organizational Sociology from Haifa University.


SVP Business Development, EMEA and APAC

Raj Ghuman joined Sapiens in 1995 and held various positions over the years, ranging from IT consultancy to business development.
In his current position he leads all sales and business development activities in APAC and EMEA.
Prior to joining Sapiens he worked for ITNET Ltd, a leading UK IT outsourcing provider.
Raj holds a First Class Honors degree in Business Information Systems.


Chief Technology and Information Officer

Ilan joined Sapiens in February 2022 and brings a wealth of leadership experience at the forefront of technology and innovation, with such companies as NAYAX, Amdocs and Bank Leumi.
Ilan is responsible for developing a coherent view across Sapiens’ product offering, leading the company’s journey to cloud, reinforcing Sapiens’ technology roadmap and digital offering.
Ilan also leads all aspects of IT, cyber and information systems, to accelerate the company’s business growth.


Head of Corporate Development

Osnat Segev-Harel joined Sapiens in August 2009. She is responsible for Sapiens M&A and the innovation ecosystem. Prior to that, she served as Sapiens’ CMO. Earlier, Osnat led sales strategy and planning at NICE-Actimize Inc. in New York. She spent ten years at IBM, in different positions, and eight years on the digital equipment (DEC) R&D team. Osnat holds a B.Sc. from the University of New York and an MBA cum laude from Derby University. She also serves on the Advisory Council of Eos Venture Partners, and works as an advisor and mentor for young companies.


Chief Business Finance Officer

Asaf assumed his current role in February 2022 after a 12-year track record in various Sapiens’ leadership positions. In his previous role with Sapiens, Asaf served as Divisional CFO in the P&C global division. He brings extensive experience in accounting and financial business practice. Prior to Sapiens, Asaf served as Controller and Finance Director in several startups and as an auditor for PwC. Asaf is a CPA and holds an MBA in Financial Management from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Accounting from the Israeli College of Management.


President, Digital Division

Ben Shory joined Sapiens in 2008.
He started as a senior architect and progressed to become the director of R&D for Sapiens Decision, which he helped found, before arriving at his current position.
Well-versed in digital innovation, Ben is focused on introducing new technologies across Sapiens’ products and works closely with the division CTOs to ensure that Sapiens is leveraging best practices.


Regional Manager, Asia

Surajit Basu joined Sapiens in 2015 through the acquisition of IBEXI, an Insurtech company in India, which he had co-founded in 2001. Prior to that, he has led insurance projects across Asia Pacific at NTT DATA FA Insurance Systems, and ERP projects in Unilever India.
Basu holds degrees in Computer science from IIT Kanpur, and in Management from IIM Calcutta. He possesses extensive experience in P&C, life insurance, reinsurance, insurance systems and business intelligence, and is passionate about learning.
