No. AIP is a layer on top of Sapiens Core, not a replacement. It currently supports Sapiens Core and up to two prior versions (N-2); it does not support third-party cores.
Neither solution is a separate product family anymore. Digital engagement experiences now sit inside AIP Surfaces, and reporting/dashboards are now part of AIP Insights.
