Sapiens’ local hub to enhance customer support, drive innovation, and support insurers across Latin America

Rochelle Park, NJ, May 12, 2025 Sapiens International Corporation, a leading global provider of software solutions for the insurance industry, today announced the establishment of a competence center in Bogotá, Colombia. This investment reinforces Sapiens’ ongoing interest in the Latin American market by enhancing its ability to support local customers with specialized expertise, regional language capabilities, and on-site presence.

The competence center, which has been operational since October, serves as a hub for solution delivery, technical support and innovation across Latin America. Sapiens’ decision to open a dedicated facility in Bogotá was driven by rising regional demand for advanced insurance solutions, coupled with the strategic advantage of a local, multilingual team—fluent in Spanish and Portuguese—positioned close to clients. As a nearshore center, it enables Sapiens to better serve the broader Americas region by offering proximity, cultural alignment, and time zone compatibility. The center will strengthen customer relationships by enhancing Sapiens’ ability to deliver seamless support and tailored solutions while leading regional project deployments.

“Sapiens’ investment in Latin America reflects our commitment to strengthening our global presence while ensuring we are closely aligned with the needs of our customers,” said Roni Al-Dor, Sapiens President and CEO. “Our competence center in Bogotá enables us to deliver superior service, drive innovation, and better support insurers as they navigate digital transformation.”

Customers in the region will gain significant business benefits from Sapiens’ competence center. “Having a dedicated local team that understands our market and speaks our language will make a real difference in our day-to-day operations and enable us to serve our customers even better,” said Shaul Pescovsky, Sales Director, Sapiens.

Sapiens’ presence in Latin America is part of its broader global expansion strategy. The company operates multiple competence centers worldwide, providing insurers with access to industry-leading expertise and innovative solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and digital transformation.
