Sapiens New Brand: Who We Are and Where We’re Going

What an amazing week.

We introduced a new brand and a new London home. We launched a mission, vision, and employee value proposition with a refreshed set of company values that share our connection with customers.

I am honoured and proud to be part of this company of humans (Sapiens) who are moving with a shared purpose.

The insurance industry is (as many industries are) facing profound changes with AI – and our new brand reflects the priorities of customers. Our 40+ years of industry experience has brought us to this moment, along with months of hard work by our team (thank you all!).

Our message is informed by a simple but powerful belief: insurance works best when it understands people, not just policies. That idea shapes how we talk about our technology, our strategy, and how we view ourselves.

Brands are not built through logos or taglines alone. They are built through experiences and culture. At Sapiens, we are not changing who we are. We are becoming a more clear and bold Sapiens.

Putting People at the Centre

At the centre of our brand is a simple but powerful belief: insurance works best when it understands people, not just policies.

That idea shapes how we talk about our technology, our strategy, and how we view ourselves.
Because brands are not built through logos or taglines alone. They are built through experiences and culture. Through the behaviours people see and feel every day.

That is why this week has been about much more than marketing. Our new Employee Value Proposition and refreshed values play a critical role in the Sapiens story and reflect the kind of organisation we are building together.

An organisation that is connected globally. Invested in accountability. Engaged with people.

Supporting Insurers with New Momentum

The industry is entering a period of profound change. AI is reshaping expectations. Customers expect relevance in every interaction. Speed and personalisation are no longer differentiators; they are the baseline. Insurers are looking for partners who can help them navigate that complexity with confidence.

Our role is to give them the tools to navigate it with confidence.

For marketing teams, brand is often described as the promise you make to the market. Culture is how you keep it.

This week matters because these two principles are now fully aligned.

And what excites me most is that this is only the beginning.

A new brand does not transform a company overnight. But it can create clarity. Momentum. Shared belief. It can help people see where we are heading and why.

This is an exciting moment for Sapiens.
