She joined from Kuehne & Nagel where she was the Board member in the UK responsible for HR. Clare has held several roles as Chief People Officer and Global HR Director at various companies, including the PE-backed eFront.
Clare is an award-winning executive with several accolades for leadership in the automotive industry. She holds a PGDip in Human Resource Management and is a graduate of the Financial Times Non-Executive Director post-graduate programme.
