Jack Cobain joined Sapiens in January 2026 as Chief Corporate Development Officer, responsible for leading the company’s M&A and corporate development activities.
Before joining Sapiens, Jack worked at Advent, where he focused on M&A and strategic growth initiatives across the technology, business services, and industrial sectors. Prior to Advent, he worked in the private equity practice at Bain & Company.
Jack holds a degree in Economics & Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
