Noa Brummer joined Sapiens in 2020 as Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for the company’s HR strategy and practices. Noa brings more than 20 years of experience in global technology companies, specializes in shaping the long-term vision and people strategy, building high performing organizations and leading strategic mergers, integrations and change management processes. Prior to joining Sapiens, Noa held an executive role in Amdocs where she led the HR of the Global services group. In addition, Noa has held HR senior positions at Nova, Hewlett-Packard and other technological companies. Noa holds a BA in Behavioral Science and an MA in Organizational Sociology.
